need help with some basic PHP and html scripting

I am looking to find some one who can help on an infrequent basis with some basic programming needs that come up for time to time.

At this moment though I have a need for basic php scripting and some basic html. I could probably get it for free by posting to various forums but am wanting to establish an ongoing longer term business relationship. In future more advanced PHP and html will be required.

I am a web deisgner and simply haven't the time to learn some of this really basic stuff. [ I hope I will do as I go] I use CMSMS as a foundation for most of the sites I run. vs1.5.3

So it is antciipated that initially the tasks would be very simple.
Urgently require the following help:
matching logon id with database field sort of thing.
form field conditional validations.
I am currently installing my own Bank CC payment merchant facility into a site that at present is not hooked up to a shopping cart system.
