Markup code formatting

Post by doodleflip »

I'm not really sure where I should be asking this, so I'll just ask here.

One thing I find really infuriating with CMSMS is that when I put some nicely formatted HTML into the content editable area (the code editor, not the WYSIWYG) after its been submitted, it loses all its formatting, and just gets squashed together. Its then really difficult to read, and therefore edit.

Is there a plugin that exists that can apply some sort of simple text editor to the HTML markup section?

Just turn off or toggle the wysiwyg editor.

I'm not talking about the wysiwyg. Im talking about the code editor. After you've submitted the code, it loses all of its formatting (spacing) and is just all squashed together making it difficult to read.

I would like to know if there is a solution to this please :)

Sorry then, not familiar with the 'code editor'.
