cms made simple folder and files tree simple question

i have installed cms made simple in a shared account

ii supports multiple domain addons and i have made one for a blog

i installed cms made simple in a folder with the blog name in publichtml folder something like

/publichtml/blog

my question is if every single file and folder of cms made simple created during installation an after that is meant to be inside that folder or if there are others created in other folders of the server. i have read the backup guide but is very complex and i want to simply make a complete backup of the site then delete and install a new version for a new blog because im gonna change it all.

Yes, all files have to be in the one directory you upload it to, and stay there
