Need help for Modification in admin/footer.php file. "Moindou"

I need help for admin/footer.php file modification. I want edit footer data which is shown in admin panel.
Text is below:

CMS Made Simple 1.6.4 "Moindou"
CMS Made Simple is free software released under the General Public Licence.

Any buddy help me how can i edit it.

You were in the IRC channel and asked for this help and were told that we wouldn't help you purposely edit the php files to remove copyright information.

Here's an excerpt from that conversation:

Also... if you're going to use ANY of my modules (and it's kinda hard not to sometimes) it's against my license restrictions to do so.  Though strictly speaking it is not for the core.
