windows based platform

I downloaded the cmsmadesimple-1.6.4-full.tar.gz and tried to follow up for installing it.

I have windows platform. Do I need to download other version for windows?

If so, then please let me know.

Its the same download, but

"Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Me/2003 (not recommended unless you master it)"
