CMSms website menu broken in IE8

I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong place, I couldn't think where else to put it.

I noticed this morning that the Newsletters submenu of the Support menu appears aligned to the main menu rather than its own parent.

That happens on IE8 in both standard and compatibility mode and in FF3, which makes those submenu items unclickable.

Yup, it's broken for me FF3.5.

Also, I notice that when you're on a page below the top-level the child items in the drop-down menus see their font size reduced. Example:

Looks odd.
