how to add new languages to cmsmadesimple mle version 1.6 (arabic, farsi)

Hi guyz,

i have to create site in 8 language out of which 6 are available but two are not (Arabic and Farsi).
which i want to add to my cmsms.

is there an easy way to add new language to mle section? i want to add Arabic, Farsi language to my cmsms mle.

Take one you know, en_US, and translate the words into the lang. of your choice and save it as that lang. then you can use it...

You may also need to translate module lang. in which case you may want to join the translation team...

let me clear myself a little bit..

what i want is that admin should be able to create pages in arabic from backend..
i dont want to translate admin panel into arabic.

i just want that admin should be able to create frontend pages in 8 different language from admin panel..
users can select language of the site at the frontend.

dont want to touch adminpanel language.

same goes for the "persion".

correct me if i m missing on something.. i am newby to cmsms.

thanks alby for providing me with the document..but i am bit confused about the document u gave..

How add a new language not present in languages dropdown?

CMSMS MLE version use same languages of original CMSMS.
If in Add new languages dropdown is missing your language (no CMSMS translation), you can add this new language with simple steps:

1. Choose a new language from dropdown (more close to your if possible, in this example xx_XX)

please elaborate more.

are you talking about in the back end under the site admin >> global settings >> general settings or mle setting tab.

2. Substitute all values in "New Language" form in accord of your new language, for example
  locale_cms => 'xx_XX'  to  'yy_YY'  (where "yy_YY" is "parent-code_COUNTRY-CODE" of your new language)

where do i find this form?
