Self Registration Module takes a long time to send confirmation email

Hi Guys,

I'm having a little problem with my SelfReg module. As you probably read in the title. It takes a long time to send the confirmation email. With one of my test member sign-ups, it took a day before I recieved the confirmation email. I know i can skip the confirmation part. But I'd rather not. For security reasons.
Has anyone encountered the same problem? How did you resolve it?

Hi,
it is not due to something in Self Registration Module. It could be related with configuration of your and a test member email  server. Check a log of your email server - are there any rejections?...

can any one tell me how to install registration module easily when i tried it it is asking a lot of dependencies chain

Self registration in dependent on FEU and the CMSMailer, FEU is ez to install and CMSMailer comes with the core...

It really helps when you give more info, at least what version of CMS Made Simple you use...
