Paying Gig: Additional Features To Vote Module

I need someone to add some features to the vote module. I need it to integrate a little further with FEU, so certain groups could create votes and make them accessible to various FEU groups to vote on. The end user would only see the ballots that are assigned to their group.

I have a more complete spec that I'm happy to share with interested parties. This is a serious offer, am looking to move on these features soon.
