Acceptable FileManager extensions

My installation of CMSMS 1.5.2 MLE won't upload .bmp files.  I remember a place to set the extensions of files ok to upload but can't seem to find it anywhere.  Can somebody point me in the right direction?

This was an issue with upload size after all.  Once I fixed the limit, it worked fine.
