Additional Functionality Required [solver]

Hi

I am a freelance designer and have been using CMS MS for about 18 months. The CMS covers most of the functionality I require, however, I need to add extra functionality to a new site.

My client wants to be able to export order details from their in house database system and then allow customers to access the information by logging in and entering a "shipment code", this will then enable the customer to see the expected delivery date and haulage company. I would envisage the client uploading the information once a day as a cvs file, sample structure below.

If you are interested in developing the system please leave a post, any suggestions on how to proceed would be gratefully received. It may be that there is a better way of achieving this.

PS I would like to find a developer who I could work with on an ad hoc basis, as there are numerous occasions over the last 18 months were a little extra help would have been useful – and saved me a lot of head scratching.
