Well, here's my two cents.  I didn't look through the underlying code so I can't comment on that, but overall I'm really impressed with the graphic design and overall layout.

However, a few things caught my eye in particular.  First I think the text of the main navigation with the dark drop shadow is a bit difficult to read in it's normal state (the hover text/color combo works fine). I would try playing around with with the following to sharpen the contrast between the navigation text and the background, any of these may do the trick: try reducing the opacity (and maybe the size) of the drop shadow. Or, try changing the color of the drop shadow to a green color that is slightly darker than the green background but uses the same basic color pallete... this will still give the illusion of depth, but won't appear quite as fuzzy.

The other things are very small.  The main background image doesn't quite make a smooth fade into the solid background color. There is a defined line where the fading image stops and the solid background color beigins.  I might opt to sacrifice the fading background and just let it repeat throughout the course of the page.

Also in the content areas, there is a lot of banding going on with the background images that some may find distracting.  I always find it tough to manage image file size while keeping the orginal graphic design intact.

All in all, this is one of the nicer looking sites I've seen in a while.  With the exception of the text being a bit hard to read, the drop-down menu you've come up with may be one of the nicest I've seen.  Keep up the great work!

Very nice design, but the one downside on fixed width site design is that on my resolution (1600x1280) it looks like a thin band in the middle of a huge screen. (like this forum too)

Hi! It's nice - I hope your clients like it!

Sorry but I have a teensy prob - I'm using Firefox and on the homepage the menu "About Carrington" disappears after I hover below "The Gainsville Difference" - when the mouse is over the search input box.

Also the menu bg's take a fair bit of time to load... which might just be me.

But... It's a nice job :). Which menu are you using?

i love how you did manage menu ( but not very impressed with colors ) .... one thing you should consider is z-index of menu when is over on a first menu item you have a little error when you put mouse over input area ... beside that ... i very like your work
