redirection in subdirectory : htaccess and config.php

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hello,

you are asking for an http reverse proxy to internaly rewrite /the/url to /path/the/url and reverse (inside all links/urls). This is not CMSms specific. May be the documentation of Apache's proxy module can help if you use this web server.
