Editing Themes?

Hi folks, I've looked at the online docs and cannot find the info on how you create or edit themes. Can someone please direct me to it? 
Also, if you just want to change logos and colors, is that handled by simple CSS editing?

All theme-editing is inside admin area. All themes for CMS Made Simple are regular html with some smarty codes.

And "yes" - usualy you change at least colors in CSS. You can change repeating logo's and pictures for the tempalte there too.
