Problem with the Orders Module( Order No.:Â INV00002)

Hello,
When trying to create an invoice with the orders module I just get this weird character in front of everything.

No. Product ID Description Unit Weight Unit Price Quantity Total
0 7 HS-12,7x44-B7642-WT 20.00kg Â£232.91 2 Â£465.82
Subtotal Â£465.82
Tax Â£0.00
Shipping Â£0.00
Total Â£465.82
Weight 40.00kg

I have tried to fix it but no luck,

Anyone have any ideas?
