Admin Panel not Loading Properly

Admin Panel not Loading Properly

I have installed CMSMS recently. the front end working perfectly but the admin panel is not loading properly. functionality is ok but I think CSS or something not loading so there are only text not formatted, no images. Please help

You need to make sure all folders/files made it to the server, and give some of you sytem info for help, no info no help...

Did you have any Yellow/red warning when installing?...
