You dropped your link on the thread without a problem.  He responds (via PM no less -- and yeah, I edited your post -- giving out his prices?  Seriously?  Are you 12?) with a letter in order to have an intelligent conversation about hosting and you call spam?

I know Nigel personally. He's a standup guy and hosts charity sites on his dime. Don't turn this into something it isn't, or I'll start taking sides.  Only reason I'm not locking the thread is because he still needs a hand.

Have you checked out dreamhost.com? I don't know what your hosting prices are but dreamhost.com are lower than the ones posted in this thread. I know if you do a search about dreamhost you will find alot of complaints, but as long as you know what you are doing (which it sounds like you do) they are an excellent host.

I have work with them from about 4years and host several domains with them including many running CMSMS and haven't had a problem.

If you want you can use the promo code cms4356 to get an extra domain registration.

I still don't understand how MRI would have any claim to copyright for RMI?

That said, I have dealt with this hosting company in Ottawa for a long time. he has very reasonable rates and excellent support.
