TinyMCE 2.4.13 Blockquote not working in IE7

Blockquote does not work in TinyMCE on IE7 (win). It works fine in Opera, Firefox, Safari and Chrome on Win (Vista). Does anyone have a solution? IE7 has a very proportion of the browser market (I have not tested on other IE versions).
