Upgrading to beta broke my site

Getting this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cmsmailer in /home/mysite/public_html/mysite/modules/CMSMailer/CMSMailer.module.php on line 35

From the error I'd guess that the cmsmailer module does not play nice in his beta. (btw: you know that beta means it will wipe your site and give you genetic defects?)
Does the page you are trying to acces reference it?

I suggest you remove it first and later might try to reinstall it.

I uploaded the old modules, lib, and plugins directories and everything seems to be back to normal.
