Popup ... ?

Post by henris »

Hello,

On a website I want to put a table with several items and I would like on roll over the items, to have a popup appearing with some details about the selected items.

Is there a way  to do this in CMSMS.

Thanks

To the best of my knowledge there isn't any plugins to do this.

You will need to find a Javascript or JQuery type script and implement it in to your CMSMS installation like you would any other webpage.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.

You can use various items to control the content of your tooltips. You can use multiple Global Content Blocks or the Products module for example to handle the content, then just adjust the templates to use those scripts for the tooltips.

Products would definitely fit the bill if setup right, but it might be a bigger module than you really need.
