Moving to a new server problem

Hi, first question 
I´ve been using CMSMS with success for a while until now, I think is a small problem, I hope..
I just move a CMSMS site to a new server using the "How to move your CMSms installation to a new server"...everything went well, I changed the permissions on the files, import the DB using phpMyAdmin and edited the config.php with the new DB info and I can login to the admin area where I can see all the pages and info I had in the other server.
The weird thing is, the site is completely blank
As I said I can see all the db info in the admin but the site is blank, is not reading the DB info, which could be the reasong for this to happen? I´m using the latest CMSMS version 1.5.3 and PHP 4.3 running on Linux..
Any info really aprecciated.
