Cannot make new pages

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Cannot make new pages

I am using cms version 0.11.2 Scarborough MYSQL 4.1.16 php 4.4.1 on windows server
and after I created 2 pages it is not allowing me to create any more... I did not delete the pages that were installed with the script as i am trying to use them so I can learn.

Is there a limit to the number of pages that can be created? Or is there something else I can do?
