Hosting for CMSMS site?

Hi,

Searching through this board I found some themes related to hosting companies. The fact is that I try to find reliable and fast hosting for CMSMS sites I develop. In the past I've done few sites and used different hosts, mostly local in my conutry. What I encountered is that there are some issues with database response time, or something else (sorry I'm not a developer). So, I had a situation that CMSMS page took a 4-5 seconds to load - this is so annoying.

So, I have to ask you good people here, to recommend a hosting you use for CMSMS projects, and think is fast, reliable and affordable. Please post a link to hosted CMSMS site so I could check the speed from my country
