I lost all use... (SOLVED)

I don't know how this happened, but I uploaded a module to my module list and the screen went white then wouldn't refresh. so I closed it out and logged back in and now I have absolutely no formatting, and none of the links or anything work. I click on a link to a page like say Pages, and nothing happens. attached is a print screen of what I get. What Can I do, anybody have any ideas?

you don't say much ....
what version of CMSMS and what module?

FTP and rename folder of that module and re-try

This is the version that I have, and the module that I was trying to put on was the Frontend Users module.

Delete the module via FTP as stated. Then, UPDATE CMS MADE SIMPLE!!! You are over a dozen versions behind and you are using a version that is 2.5 years old.

Edit: I counted... you are over 2 dozen versions behind
