New Audio Module Wanted - What Might This Cost?

Hello.
I wish I could design this myself, but I can’t get my head around it. I want an Audio module.

Here’s how it would work:

Click on “Audio” in the content menu. Here you can browse your hard drive and chose to upload an mp3 plus give it a comment, e.g. “My great Song”

You can reorder the list of your MP3s. Check and uncheck the ones you want to be enabled.

On the actual website itself it would appear as a flash audio player. The songs titles would be the Comment given e.g. “My great Song”, rather than the file name.

I want the audio player to have a skinable background and most importantly I want it to extend in height to however many mp3s there are. I.e. I don’t want the player to have a scrollbar; I want the height to be automatically adjusted to fit.

It has to be entirely locked down so stupid users can’t mess it up.
mp3s should be uploaded to “uploads/audio” as a standard.
It needs to be totally validated to W3C standards.

This is not entirely a commercial effort. I am an actor at a drama school and I’m trying to build websites for my actor friends, with, voice reel sections to show off radio work. We don’t have very much money at all as you can imagine. But I don’t know how much something like this might cost, so I can at least ask for a quote.

I’m happy for the module to be placed in the public domain as I think it would be very useful to a lot of people, and surely better than the coding you have to employ in the current “Play” module.

Do let me know if this appeals to anyone and give me a rough idea of cost, and how we’d pay (We’re British). !

Thanks for showing me what's out there but none of these modules are quite what I'm looking for. I know the idea of making a note of an ID, then inserting a string of code using that ID might seem simple to us designers. But to an average actor it's far too much. I want a module where you can upload and MP3, then reorder a list. That's it.

What do people think of this?
