[Solved] Search box is gone in v1.5.2

I did an upgrade to v1.5.2 and the search box at the top of my site is now gone.  It says search and there is a button labeled search, but the box to input what you want to search for is gone.

I have also done a clean install of 1.5.2 elsewhere and noticed the same thing.

I am using the default template modified to look how I want.

Put the logic that is under Extensions -> Search -> Search template aside (for reference).

And press the Restore-to-defaults.

Than check if it shows.
