Changing thumbnail size for album

Hi guys,
I have a problem with album thumbnails.
Changed variables in imagemanager config.inc file to:
$IMConfig['thumbnail_width'] = 120;
$IMConfig['thumbnail_height'] = 120;

On fotoalbum page, there is still thumbnail size scaled down:
original thumbnail size is 79px × 120px scaled down on page to 47px × 72px

Where else should I change thumbnail size?

Did you delete the old thumbnails first?
Otherwise they won't get re-created.

Looks like that works - I mean, deleting thumbnail and regenerating it worked. Now the problem is how to regenerate thumbnails for more than 100 albums?
If I delete thumbnails via ftp - it doesn't regenerate, am I right? DO I have to go to EVERY one album with image manager?
