What combination of modules will work for me?

I've done a couple of simple sites for a client using CMSMS.  The next one (and of course, it's urgent) is a bit more complex.

He wants to show a list of products which can be selected by the user.  If the user selects any product(s), they then provide their contact details (name, telephone, email).  An email is then sent to my client showing the user details and all product details.  He also wants the user to be able to log-in, so if they use the site frequently, they don't have to give their details every time.

I'm working my way through the modules to see what will work.  It's alsmost like an online shop, so I was thinking ShopMadeSimple might do.  But then you seem to need more modules to get it to work (CartMadeSimple, self-registration, FrontEndUsers etc).  I've also tried CatModuleMaker which looks pretty good.

Does anyone out there with any experience of these modules have any advice or recommendations of what might work for this?
