Einfaches Logo bringt Noob zur Verzweiflung

Hallo zusammen!

Das "billige" Einbinden eines Logos in den Header klappt bei mir mal gar nicht. Habe nach alter Schrauber- und Strippenziehertradition mal nen paar Kumpels, die zumindest von sich immer behaupten firm in html und js zu sein, drübergucken lassen...... aber hier fehlanzeige (blabla... nimmst du einfach anderes programm... blabla). Deshalb bitte ich jetzt mal euch un eure Hilfe:

Nach diversen Versuchen bin ich auf die alte Anfängertradition des Ersetzens des Pfades zurückgekommen. Aber selbst das klaappt nicht. Ich poste mal die Standard 08/15 Topmenu+ 2 Columns mit meinen Änderungen. Das Logo ist übrigens 130x600 Px
Vielleicht kann ja mal einer von euch drübergucken und findet meinen noob-fehler . Vielen Dank

Was genau funktioniert denn nicht?
Wird es nicht angezeigt?
Wird das falsche angezeigt?
Stimmen die Maße nicht?

Bist Du sicher, dass dieses Stylesheet auch mit dem verwendeten Template verknüpft ist?
(im Backend unter Layout->Templates in der Tabelle rechts auf das CSS-Symbol klicken)

Funktionieren denn andere Änderungen am Stylesheet?

Bist Du sicher, dass die Seite nicht evtl. aus dem Browsercache geladen und deshalb das falsche (oder gar kein) Bild angezeigt wird?
(mal STRG + F5 drücken => force reload = komplett neu vom Server laden)

Hast Du Änderungen am Template vorgenommen?
Existieren dort ein DIV mit der id "header" und eine Überschrift erster Ordnung mit einem Link drin?

Hier würde übrigens eine relative Pfadangabe reichen: url(uploads/images/logo1.jpg)
Existiert das Bild auch in dem angegebenen Ordner?

Besser wär, du zeigst einen Link zur Seite. So den kompletten Quelltext durchforsten wäre ein bißchen viel. Wahrscheinlich ist es ne Kleinigigkeit

Aber ins Blaue:

- Nimm in den css lieber relative Pfade, keine absoluten.

- Wo liegt denn dein Logo überhaupt? Dateien, die vom Template benutzt werden, besser im Ordner "images" abspeichern.

- bei deinem Header-css finde ich keine Breite.

Mit einem anderen Programm wirst Du auch nicht weiter kommen. Denn HTML / CSS ist überall gleich.
