ModuleManager module should have nuSOAP module listed as dependent. Just a suggestion for an improvement. For those like me who deactivated nuSOAP "just because it did not sound like I needed it". Deactivating or uninstalling nuSOAP will prevent ModuleManager from displaying any available modules for download.
