Ell-Nav - more than 10 levels

hi @ all

i've a little problem regarding the Ell-Nav Module. As soon as I have more than 10 entries on the top-level the 1st and 10th (or 11th, 12th etc) are shown as active.

we tested it on another site using the same module as i had to make a few changes. but problem exists there as well.

does anyone know how to fix that?
