Changing Language extension folder name

I have just completed a successful implementation of CMS Made Simple on a group company website which will cater for multiple office within europe.

I have had a request to redirect existing country websites to this main group website, the guys in norway & sweden have asked to be able to link to the following:

http://www.website.com/se and not http://www.website.com/sw_SW/ for Sweden
http://www.website.com/no and not http://www.website.com/no_NO/ for Norway

Is it possible to change the language to display the folder as "se" instead of "sw_SW" for Sweden and
"no" instead of "no_NO" for Norway ?

I assume you are using MLE?
