Newsletter made simple, add more fields

Hey guys,

I'm running a website, and the NMS module is great for what I need, except that I can only add the name and email field to the database.

What do I need to do to be able to add additional fields that may include "interests" checkboxes, location, age etc.

Any help would be greatly appriciated, and if there is another module that I should be using for this, please let me know.

As far as I know it is not a feature of the NMS module. But it would indeed be a nice feature to add. Especially dividing first and last name would be helpful. Though, it would be easier if you could define your own fields and can include them (like mailmerge) in the e-mails.

Maybe it can be possible to use NMS and FormBuilder to do it ? I wonder how to proceed ?

I don't have experience with it, but you might want to try this module: http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/feumailer

it allows you to send e-mails to frontendusers, who can have unlimmited properties.
