Custom module tweaking for Cart/Products/Orders

I need some customisation of existing Products/Orders/Cart modules.

Products module modifications include:
    *  Category browsing. Categories can be made under other categories, the way that the cataloger module works.
    *  Breadcrumbs integration. Should display home – category – subcategory, Eg: Home → Chairs → Rocking Chairs.
    *  Ability to add associated products. You select from the existing element list
    *  Ability to have multiple colours for a product, with individual prices for each color.
    *  Ability to have multiple materials for a product, with individual prices for each material
    *  Option to gift wrap an individual item.
    *  Ability to choose colour of gift-wrap.
    *  Option to add a bow to gift wrap.
    *  On products page, have drop down to select a product to promote.
    *  Ability to show a random, best selling product.
    *  Ability to show a random, recently added product.
    *  Must integrate with sitemap tag

Orders module:

Needs some tweaking currently to make it work to a high enough standard. Will need some customisation to work with other modules. Also, additional columns with selected giftwrappings, wrapping colours will be added.

Also needs to be integrated with PayPal Pro. Want to be able to securely process payments etc. Advice on this please.

Everyone high a different level of "high" when it comes to standards... can you elaborate?

I'm sure this can be done but in reality you will need more time.  Much of what you want to do now can be done with the existing modules.  Look at product attributes for the color options with different pricing per color.

Why not donate to the builders of the modules discussed. They are maybe able to prepare a new release, the community is happy (the way you are already happy with a CMS for free) and most important, if a new version is released (with maybe more functionality), you can upgrade without a problem, since your requested changes will still be in.
Ah forgot one other thing, the changes will be done with the same level of knowledge and standarization of the coding so any other coder/programmer/reader can read it the same way.
