Search Module and calender modifications

I have read through a few of the other 'Custom Search' posts prior to writing this one!

What I require is basically the calender module with a modified custom search module for the front end ( see attached pictures)

The Calendar will be used as a Events Calendar in a list view and I want the ability for the user to search for a event on the website with the additional functionality of an advanced search.

EVENTS SEARCH OPTIONS NEEDED

-  Keyword search that queries the event title and content inside and returns all the appropriate events
-  Date range filter - probably as a jumpmenu month selector or a small calendar selection ( so it'll only return events in that date range)
-  Event type filter - as a jumpmenu ( eg Sports , Special interest , Political )
-  Region filter - as a jumpmenu (There will be 4 regions you choose from when entering a event in the calendar )

So thats basically the search side of things. In the Calendar module, I'll need the functionality to add these extra tags ( filter options) on each event.

I also need the ability for a .CSV upload. So the admin person can login and upload a formated CVS file to bulk import events.
