Erorr 403 again

Erorr 403 again

Hello,

when I use cmsmadesimple 1.5.1 and when I'm adding content and editing templates and css styles it gives me an erorr 403 Forbidden, but when I use cmsmadesimple 1.4.1 on a same webhosting there is no problem... Why, please?

Is there a solution how to fix this "403 problem", if I canť use lines


SecFilterEngine off


in .htaccess file because of webhosting, which doesn't allow that configuration of apache?
Such as modification of a source code or something else...?
