Where are the Archives?

I need the older versions of CMS (released circa april 2007). The download page only has 2008 versions.

The real issue : I had a working installation on one host. Then I transferred it to another host and am left with the "Internal Server Error ". I was thinking of redoing an installation and copying the config file. Will it work? The database setup is OK. May have something to do with the fact that the URL on the new host is a subdomain.
