FEU, Multi Select List and validating numbers

Hi:

I'm using the multi-select list extensively in FEU to select, for example, countries my members have lived in. There are about 170 choices. The problem is that the list doesn't appear as a dropdown, but all 170 are shown. Is there anyway I can combine the dropdown feature with selecting multiple entries?

Also, I have fields that are phone numbers. There is no validation for this, is there a way I can validate phone numbers in FEY User Properties?
