Accessing CMSMS stylesheets and templates from outside

Accessing CMSMS stylesheets and templates from outside

I am experiencing a situation where it would be nice to be able to create a cmsms formatted page using a php page from outside the site.

i.e: something line an index.html that references a template from within cmsms, and then fills int he content dymamically.

any idea how I can do this wishy?
