[done] Willing to pay someone to modify/integrate theme

So I'm running out of time to get this done.  I'm rusty on PHP/CSS, busy at work and am having a bear of a time integrating a theme/template I bought.

It is a relatively simple 2 page theme from andreasviklund.  It is a CSS xhtml theme.
