Wrong Headline in Newsmodule

Post by Allyfied »

Hi!
i'm a little bit confused... when a user clicks a news title from any sub-site of the cms the headline of this sub-site is still displayed. This is a little bit strange... imaging you read some text on a sub-site discussing gastronomy and then you click a news entry about puppy-dogs...  :D

Gastronomy
12.12.2008
New born puppy-dogs
Lorem ipsum...

How can i disable the sub-site headline?

Use the parameter detailpage. You can create a page called 'News', and on the options-tab uncheck the 'show in menu'. Then call news with 'detailpage="news"'. This will push the details to that page, with the News-title.
