Looking to hire someone to help me with a template.
I have a design, but need it to work with CMSMS.
There are many free templates that are similar to the direction, but not quiet there for me to use as a base. I can do the graphics/content and the site, just need help with the template/style sheets and getting the base right.
Attached is a JPG of the layout for the site. Let me know if you are able to help and what your estimated costs would be.

Take a look at this layout. It's based on Grass Stains template, but with some CSS tweaking on the navigation and the removal of the news module from the template, it's pretty close. The "Search" field is simple enough.
