[solved] Problem uploading module

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

[solved] Problem uploading module

Post by robinmarek »

I'm trying to install the Newsletter module. I installed the xml file through the Module page, and then when the page refreshed I got this (see screenshot):

So I went into the FTP to delete the module I uploaded and it didn't seem to do anything.  :-\

Help much needed, thanks!

If you install through XML, you probably can't delete via FTP - different ownership for the files.

Try deleting through File Manager in Admin.

I've been into the file manager but I only have 2 'Filenames' listed:

Images (folder)
Index.html

And can't see how I delete the NMS module.  :(

Enable "Advanced" mode in the File Manager settings tab.

robinmarek,

In the picture you included with the link it says: Error: The CGExtensions module could not be found. To make your wanted module work, you have to install that CGExtensions module first. You can find this CGExtensions module in the Module Manager.
