How Close Can I Get to the CMS Made Simple Design with CMSMS?

Hi there!

I started taking an interest in CMSMS as soon as I hit the homepage. Love the navigation and overall functionality of the site.
But, on taking a look at a demo version of the CMS, I'm clueless on whether what appears on the CMSMS is achievable.

I don't want a carbon copy (as I have to incorporate my own branding, colours etc) but the web2.0 layout, nav etc.

So, my question is, can I achieve something like the CMSMS homepage by actually using CMSMS? 
Is there a theme I can easily download and tweek?

The CMSMS home page does use CMSMS.

Whatever site design is possible to make with all available techniques (X)HTML, stylesheets, javascript, flash etc. can also be made in CMS Made Simple.

Themes support and availability in CMS Made Simple could be better to be honest, but themes are available from the Themes Site.
