I've a client who wants a email management facility that multiple users can manage in the backend.

ie customer emails the company and the email and details are logged in the backend. They can then send emails on to in response.

Is there anything of this nature in cmsms? I've searched and searched but can't find anything...

not that I know of, but something like that would definately be nice..... modules are easy to write, so it shouldn't be difficult.
