800x600 tinymce problem (IE7)

Hi,

I've implemented CMS and love it.  The only problem I'm having is that a colleague is having a problem using  a smaller monitor and lower resolution.

When he is editcontent.php and clicks on TinyMCEs full screen button, the tinymce toolbar shoots to the bottom of the screen and is inaccesible.  He's using IE7 but in Firefox it works fine.  There is also a javascript error icon in IE7?

Any ideas?
