Upgraded from 10.2-11.2 Problem with dropdown menus

Hello.  I don't know where to begin to fix this. 
I want to upgrade but want to make sure I have the same functionality as before.  Anyways the menu works in the old, here is a like to it at http://monsterden.com/home/ and it doesn't work in the new at http://monsterden.com/md/

Maybe there is a new style that can work, I just don't want to mess up what works.

Sorry I didn't log in.  Other information that might be useful.  Um.. Using mysql and php on a remote host(ipowerweb) php 4.0+?, and mysql is 3.1 i think.

This was fixed on the IRC, but for anyone who is looking in to the same problem, It was fixed by installing PHPLayers.  Recommended to remake menu with CSSLayers by the Dev team.
