NMS Problem sending page links... a breakthrough, kindof

Hi All,

At last, I've found a problem that I was getting with sending links within an NMS message. This is what I've got:

Using the basic Sample message template:



{nms_content name='content' prompt='HTML Content'}



I also include these tags within the message:
Dear {$username}
{$unsubscribe}
{$preferences}

Then creating a message with 1. A link to a CMS page and leaving the taglink option checked  2. Linking to a file, in this case a PDF document and 3. A link to a CMS page but UNChecking the create taglink.

When I send the job (including the tags above) with 1 and 2 it send fine. If I send the job with 1, 2 and 3 it hangs the server for 30mins!!

It's taken me days (30mins wait every time the server hangs!) to determine that the link with taglink OFF is causing me problems. So:

Is it a problem i.e. bug with NMS?
Or is it a problem with the way I'm trying to do it ie. is my template wrong?

Any (no, really, ANY) help would be gratefull be received as I'm feeling very unknowledgeable with this but I want to learn more!

I have the same problem. Thanks for figuring where the problem is. It saved me a lot of time.
