Submenus pages in admin area not working,open window asking if download php file

Hi, i am using CmsMade Simple version 1.4.1  , PHP Version 4.3.9 ,  Apache/2.0.52 (Red Hat)

I am completely new on this ( my 1st time ) and i tried to search if i could find about this in the FAQ but i didnt find it, so thats why i am posting here.

I installed and everything is fine, but when i go to admin are and click any of the submenus ( For example Templates , Stylesheets , Menu Manager , Theme Manager ) , pages are not loading, and i have a popup window asking if i want to download or open the php page :-S

I tried this in several browsers ( firefox, safari, internet explorer ) and under mac os x and windows, but always the same issue.

Any idea ?

check it php is enable on the subdirectory /admin, put a phpinfo.php file there and try to run.

probably the mime type .php is misconfigured on htaccess or apache conf

check the php tag format too

I uploaded a phinfo.php file on subdirectory /admin and is working good.

Any other idea ?
