Which Forum module is this forum using?  I am trying to select one, and I'm assuming this is a good one.

This isn't a forum module of CMSMS [unfortunately]

The forum you're using right now is called Simple Machines Forum (or SMF for short). It's quite popular and easy to install.
You can find it at http://www.simplemachines.org

Thanks. But, there does not seem to be a bridge module for SMF.

Anyone know they integrated this forum into CMSMS?

This is an external app from CMSMS.
Sonya has develop a bridge module for external apps authentication. Look here but never tried
